We make sure to ship an instruction manual with every GRIND Machine, which includes steps for a small amount of assembly. We also have instructional videos on our official YouTube channel. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected].

We also offer the White Glove Assembly service by partnering with LoadUp. It’s available for purchase on the GRIND Machine product page or through here. The White Glove Assembly service can be purchased anytime, as long as your GRIND Machine is still in the box. They will assemble your machine and remove any trash. Once you've purchased the service, you will receive an email with next steps.
