Yes! Every GRIND Machine includes a FREE 1-year standard warranty, with the option to upgrade to 3-year, 5-year, or 8-year coverage for added peace of mind.

Our Warranty Options:

• 1-Year Warranty: FREE (included)

• 3-Year Warranty: $299

• 5-Year Warranty: $499

• 8-Year Warranty: $799

You can select your preferred warranty when purchasing your GRIND Machine or upgrade within the first 30 days after delivery by contacting our Support Team.

What's Covered?

All warranty plans include coverage for:

• Hardware functionality issues

• Internal Module (IM) replacements

• Netting that fails functionally

• Shipping costs for covered replacement parts (U.S. customers)

Replacement Parts & Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue during your warranty period, our Support Team will help troubleshoot the problem and determine whether a replacement part or Internal Module is needed.

Covered replacement parts are provided at no additional cost for U.S. customers. If an Internal Module is replaced, the original must be returned in the provided shipping box within 30 days to maintain warranty coverage. All warranty plans are limited to three Internal Module replacements.

Important Warranty Information:

• Coverage begins on the delivery date.

• Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.

• Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and cosmetic damage are not covered under the standard warranty.

• Full machine replacements are not included.

• Canadian customers are eligible for warranty coverage but are responsible for replacement-part shipping costs.
